i have installed jw library app in windows 10 laptop.  not opening.  have tried troubleshooting appdiagnostic 10 , app opens gets closed automatically.  please me solve issue.

hello,

possible cause of issue is, installation process encountered problems. although shows installed, there file corruption during process. might because of fluctuation of internet connection. possible reason virus or malware infection on computer.

we have options troubleshoot this. suggest run troubleshooter windows apps. click here run troubleshooter. scan computer, identify of problems , attempt fix issues manually.

in addition, may choose  repair or remove programs.

note: if remove/uninstall jw library, can re-download microsoft store website.
