Installing Win XP using SP3 - Microsoft Community

the original windows startup disk not allow me install xp os partition created on new hd windows 7 64bit in partition on same drive.

people tell me should use xp sp3 disk instead, don't tell me how it's done.

the winxp sp3 boot disk not run setup ms! how done?

the partition there , ntfs formatted.

all want install xp sp3 in partition i've created.

would please tell me have overlooked can job done.

do have restore cd?
