Computer Stuck in Recovery after Poweroutage - Microsoft Community

hello, on computer doing business work , power went out. tried turning pc on , showed black screen bit , says:

recovery

there problem device connected pc

an unexpected error i/o error has occured

file: \boot\bcd

i have unplugged of usb devices attached , rebooted yet still not work. have read in cases need windows 10 cd can not find mine , hope there way. please help!
