as see here, can't upgrade because there no icon it. tried update still no icon. tried find posts i'm stupid find , products key activated.

the free upgrade windows 10 offer microsoft expired on 29th july, 2016.

but microsoft has number of exceptions in place users missed out on free upgrade and they have not stated end date these exceptions, adjust necessary.

you have contact ms support and see if can assist you..
