i have posted question have not received answer trying again...
hi there,
i have come across new issue on pc. if try put computer sleep mode, will. however, when wake up, gives me black screen 30 seconds tells me windows shut down unexpectedly. when start normally, has been giving me error code. here details...

i can't stand when computer not running should. i've tried resolving guided issue still not resolved. attach mini dump file don't know best way so. here summary of pc specs...

event viewer - critical error report - error comes every time put computer sleep reboot (in event viewer).
i can't seem upload minidump file. it's saying don't have permission open files, though have administrative permissions , double checked. once figure out work around, can send too.
can give more detailed information if needed well. appreciated!

but see on bsod not real problem @ crash dump files closer look.
all 3 of crash dumps implicate same file iusb3xhc.sys (a usb driver):
going hp support site usb drivers on link:
then can see download windows 7 x64 usb drivers hp says need:
so should download , install usb drivers, restart system , if still crashes upload new crash dump files (not old ones).
if nvidia drivers current, hang on those...
