Add/Remove programmes. Item still there that's uninstalled. - Microsoft Community

hi guys. not big deal. ocd on part but, uninstalled game has left game icon in add/remove programmes menu. try uninstall says game not on system. tried regedit fix delete there does'nt show up. if can convince me safe try , ignore will, love remove before tear eyes out. btw, if wrong category, apologise. could'nt find match.
