the error message says:

there error while trying update device lastest software.  please try again.

can't access item because it's no longer available.  check url , try again.

i did click link web help, , told me:

ooops! happened page? we’ve moved things around.

the page looking may have new location, or no longer available. might want to:

• start again homepage.
• check using website country or region.

i stuck in halfway reset mode.  my computer doesn't recognize device.  it won't because needs connect zune software restored.
