Updating loop, if that's accurate. - Microsoft Community

when impossible past freezing update screen (as solution possible do, suggested searching via phone), more or less stuck trying break loop days until realize using little more expensive office toy. disconcerting when have no idea how correct that, least.

i'm not sure possibly more harmful: letting stay more hours, or shut down third time , turn watch it same thing again: return update screen freeze after approximately ten seconds. "hard drive light", percentage, little wheel of smaller circles spinning above text , all.

highest has gotten before freezing 81 percent. few reboots later, has fallen seventy five.

phones, or @ least safari, cannot download troubleshooter.

"recovery disc" mentioned somewhere, i'm not sure if that's option either- unless can work faster or ignore ten-second timeframe, assuming have one.

windows key not work, nor ctrl alt delete. has not allowed sort of manual interaction tried far.

i think can safely assume out of ideas; continuing force shut down seems counterproductive , unwise.

writing partly attempt grasp @ humor, , possibly last effort find solution.

if turns out things pretty hopeless, guess stay desk toy or giant paperweight?

i don't know computers don't seem want function, obviously. mentioning exact system doesn't seem important in case.

i'm not sure if noting sucessfully updated new patch week ago despite deciding again relevant anymore or @ all, either.

any advice?
