Operating System Not Found - The boot configuration data file is - Microsoft Community

i going out of mind laptop. 1 day went start , got blue screen error "the boot configuration file missing". (when start in legacy boot mode gives black screen says operating system not found) computer came installed windows 8 believe upgraded 10 not sure. have tried many tutorials , nothing working.

i have installed windows 8.1 recovery file both usb , dvd , tried both, automatic repair not work. , command prompt method rebuildbcd isnt working either. suggestions?
