Live Mail removes contacts from group emails - Microsoft Community

ever since microsoft announced termination of support windows live (essentials) mail 2012, program randomly removes contacts group emails. microsoft's way of forcing people stop using live mail?

i think that's coincidence. groups in wlmail 2012 have been broken since released , never fixed. see if helps.

if not, use workaround.

start new message , add recipients cc or bcc field , put address in field. without sending, click file | save file , save desktop. icon created , when want send group, click new icon , template open up.
