i have been trying on 1 of computers. have had no problems other computers.

this computer hp pavilion m9400z, 500gb, , 350 gb available. 32 bit machine.

i have tried downloading update microsoft, attempted download iso file , run that, goes through phases until "working on updates" , stops @ 32 %, following code: oxc1900101-ox30018- "failed in first boot phasewith error during sysprep"

just clarify, iso file windows os have downloaded 32 bit?
