have windows 7 - had windows 10 kept crashing system - & have lost bluetooth access equipment

with regard query, suggest try updating driver bluetooth device. update driver, please follow steps below:

1. press windows + x keys.
2. select device manager.
3. expand bluetooth category, right-click bluetooth device , select update driver software.
4. select search automatically updated driver software.
5. if windows doesn't find new driver, can try looking 1 on device manufacturer's website , follow instructions.

if these steps don't work, try reinstalling driver.

1. open device manager.
2. right-click bluetooth device, , select uninstall.
3. reboot pc , windows attempt reinstall driver.
