Why didn't Windows 7 change the "Starting Windows" text - Microsoft Community

i testing mui language packs tried spanish , italian "starting windows" text didn't change

so tried french , time "starting windows" text changed.

i installed language packs via run dialog box winkey + r, typing "lpksetup.exe"

my current operating system windows 7 ultimate x64

i want know if there's problem other language packs or if won't change "starting windows" text languages.

my language packs compressed in .cab

, i'm pretty sure language packs not corrupted

because can install them no problems

here's example.

"lpksetup.exe" won't let install corrupted files

that's why i'm sure files not corrupted

these files official packages.
