i'm using windows 7 professional (64-bit). motherboard unfortunately died , out of warranty. plan buy new motherboard , processor well.
the problem processor i've zeroed in on intel pentium g4560, has support windows 10. in case, there way can perhaps upgrade current os windows 10 on current windows 7 license?

with motherboard change not if have retail or oem license.
you can not replace the motherboard oem preinstalled license whatever motherboard wish when have preinstalled oem license (hp, acer, etc.), or system builders oem license.

the free upgrade windows 10 offer microsoft expired on 29th july, 2016.
but microsoft has number of exceptions in place users missed out on free upgrade and they have not stated end date these exceptions, adjust necessary.
you have contact ms support and they should able to assist free upgrade 10..
