UAC Enabled Requires Outlook 2007 to run as administrator - Microsoft Community

i running windows 7 home premium sp1.  i logged in administrator (only have 1 user account , admin level).  i tried run outlook 2007 link (worked fine uac disabled) , crashed.  on hunch, "ran administrator" directly program files directory on outlook.exe file , ran okay.

why "run admin" required.  i have computer has windows 7 professional has run uac enabled , not require "run admin".

i confused.  is there need configure?

any , guidance welcome.

1. have made software changes device prior issue?
2. you have mentioned outlook have crashed, there error messages appear when crashed?
3. does device have group policy?
