Touch pad of my Laptop not Working

hi friends,

please me solve problem laptop touch pad

i changed os few times before arising problem

and after few days decided change os again windows 8.1

but before had removed hard disk partitions(even system reserved partitions)

and touch pad not detecting while installation of operating system(i have done installation keyboard shortcuts)

i have 3 main partitions , 1 system reserved partition in laptop

and think system boot in legacy mode

my touch pad not detecting , m using external mouse

please me solve problem...

for now, suggest play around laptop settings , ensure laptop's touch pad not locked.
