Tablet mode - Microsoft Community

i have surface pro 4. typing physical keyboard came it. however, every time try switch tablet mode, touch feature seems unresponsive. have tried everything. every time take keyboard off, won't let me touch okay tablet mode. set 'don't ask me , switch', touch feature still doesn't seem work. how solve this?

• which build , version have on windows 10?
• have checked if drivers updated?
• which display driver have?
