when attempt buy thru windows keep getting risk cross region decline.  have followed instructions in settings not solve problem.  living in croatia , using usa issued cards. bank says approving purchase windows/microsoft keep sending me decline.  out there kinow how resolve issue?

hey bud. windows store can detect if payment instrument did not match physical location. try contact answer desk , ask how rectify one. day!
