hi won compaq p think on local online public auction.   running windows 7 home premium oa . when turn on says windows failed start. recent hardware or software change might cause. down below says boot selection failed because required device inaccessible.  how fix this? said insert install disk bought thru auction website got bunch on consignment local pawn shops. possible me reset factory setting?

there is list of different manufacturers recovery methods included you.

if preinstalled, can contact your laptop/computer manufacturer , ask them send set of recovery disks.

they should small cost, if still have them available.

and if never received recovery disk when received your laptop/computer there should recovery partition on hard drive reinstall windows how it when new.
