I cant run the Windows 10 assistant because it says i dont have - Microsoft Community

we have been having problem window 10 anniversary update 1607. claims installs, doesn't. tried use windows 10 assistant , claim don't have windows 10 enterprise edition installed. when go system , @ windows, edition have installed window 10 enterprise version 1511.

how can fix update 1607 , not sure why tools microsoft said don't have correct version?  can suggest something?
