Cant update windows 10.Or reset Pc since being hacked. - Microsoft Community

in need of help.our desk top p.c hacked through bogus music file.since then.we cant update windows !0 @ all.have followed whole process on windows , microsoft sites. wouldnt allow windows site update .comes error code ox1900107. suggestions guys?
