windows 10 will not go to sleep automatically - Microsoft Community

my 1 yr old dell xps 8700 desktop pc came windows 10 not go sleep automatically.  sleep when sleep button on keyboard pressed.  dell has tried numerous times change settings, update drivers, bios etc , nothing works.  reinstall operating system.    worked fine before windows anniversary upgrade.

what going on ?   how can fix this?  now, screen saver not come on, , there difficulty waking - computer freezes - not huge problem

thanks help.  have run troubleshooters etc.  did find if computer booted usb peripherals disconnected, , disconnect keyboard , mouse, computer sleep automatically.  when mouse , keyboard reconnected, , computer rebooted,  computer not sleep.  

any ideas??

have 3rd party anti virus, security, cleanup software installed?
