so tried factory reset computer i'm still keeping pc settings when tried reinstall windows got error code of computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered unexpected error windows installation cannot proceed install windows click ok restart computer , restart installation every time click ok pops again after loads little bit

how attempting installation?
