hello, have complaint share microsoft team regarding natick, ma store.
worst customer service have ever experienced. made "appointment" desk find out why charger surface pro 3 no longer working. walk store , not greeted appeared "greeter" greet him , inform him here appointment. once @ desk woman (whom believe had manger type role) took charger check on surface, , continued chatting coworker. couple minutes goes , male employee asks if need help. inform him of here , tell him woman took charger. proceeds tell him not work (why not tell me that?). after checking warranty expired in april , since did not purchase extended two-year warranty informs me option purchase new 1 $80. ask him go speak manager because not want pay college student , surface not 2 years old , quality should better that.
goes speak woman dealt (mind right in front of me can blatantly see them talking me) , tells me can 10%. buddy giving me student discount should have been offered. tell him unacceptable , anytime have had issues apple products extremely helpful, pleasant, , importantly useful. apple takes care of customers free in experience. ask him if can test out part of charger issue since in 2 pieces. why had ask him job beyond me. after did job, found out issue cord. informed me of website cord because microsoft not sell 1 piece. during of going on, coworker turned , gave me dirty because unsatisfied , voicing it.
finally, leave store extremely unsatisfied after hour commute there. begin doing research online , found out piece of cord had issue in recalled!! how these employees not aware of recall , try charge me brand-new charger?
made point call store inform them exact issue had cord recalled. gentleman on phone randy, told me older recall not employees aware of it. proceeded should have 2 chargers, 1 bag , 1 @ home. so, randy saying product cheap won't durable enough travel? have tell microsoft add there marketing campaigns.
appalled @ customer service/lack of knowledge @ microsoft store. pushing dad getting surface pro , told him worth money purchase apple product because know customer service excellent.
may not have been pleasant when left gives employees no right uneducated , rude @ jobs. i’ve worked in customer service industry 10 years , how store operates disgraceful.
