using microsoft family - child using computer runs out of time wants more of course, clicks on send request gets "something went wrong unable send request. connected internet?"  yet in ground can hear website on before ran out of time.

i can log on myself , there no problem.

when child runs out of screen time on device , want request additional screen time, need enter password , set additional time. feature should work when there's no internet access. however, since experience shows otherwise, ask screenshot of request page receive error message.

in meantime, suggest rebooting computer , full restart. click windows key > hit power icon > restart. once computer up, try checking if you're child can send request.
