Links no longer work after updating Windows 10. - Microsoft Community
i updated windows 10 version 1607 version 1703. "links" not work in application in ms edge. if use chrome links open. help!

try reinstalling edge see if helps:
press windows key + x click windows powershell (admin).
type or copy , paste following command hit enter:
get-appxpackage -allusers| foreach {add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register “$($_.installlocation)\appxmanifest.xml”}
if not, perform repair upgrade:
Windows / Windows 10 / Windows update, recovery, & backup / PC
