need open laptop password not working. tried reset shows in display reset password of microsoft account. still cant open it. please

if you've forgotten windows password, there several ways retrieve or reset it:

• if pc on domain, system administrator must reset password.

if you've tried these suggestions , still can't sign in:

• if have windows 8.1, you'll need reinstall windows.

• if have windows rt 8.1, you'll need contact pc manufacturer.
