as pertains oem windows 10, changing motherboards invalidate license , require purchase of new license.

if plan on changing motherboard or critical components, should purchase full version retail windows 10 license retain transfer rights when needed.

buy windows 10 home/pro

after making purchase, download, create bootable copy, perform custom install on existing drive attached intel motherboard.

step 1: how download official windows 10 iso files

step 2: how to: perform custom installation of windows

Windows / Windows 10 / Install, upgrade, & activate / PC
