i have 2 comcast email accounts set through windows live mail. 1 of them sends , receives messages fine. other 1 send , not receive. error message pops says
unable send or receive messages comcast (laurasantagata) account. server has unexpectedly terminated connection. possible causes include server problems, network problems, or long period of inactivity.

the other comcast account working perfectly.
hello laura,
since 1 of accounts working fine, recommend check incoming mail server settings of working email account. then, apply settings account that's having issues receiving mail.
