Cannot receive incoming mail from one of 2 comcast accounts. - Microsoft Community

i have 2 comcast email accounts set through windows live mail. 1 of them sends , receives messages fine. other 1 send , not receive. error message pops says

unable send or receive messages comcast (laurasantagata) account. server has unexpectedly terminated connection. possible causes include server problems, network problems, or long period of inactivity.

server: 'mail.comcast.net'
windows live mail error id: 0x800ccc0f
protocol: pop3
port: 995
secure(ssl): yes

the other comcast account working perfectly.

hello laura,

since 1 of accounts working fine, recommend check incoming mail server settings of working email account. then, apply settings account that's having issues receiving mail.
