i have windows 8 , @ first have been experiencing slow load , slow respond , crashes. pc wont boot way log in screen,  instead says 'your pc has run problem......'.  can do? 

previously did sfc /scannow ,  it said cbs something.

your computer might have broken or missing system files sfc not able fix. if able provide full report/message after sfc scan, give better view on matter.

for now, recommend repair system using media creation tool windows 8.
