Apple has asked me to contact you in regards iTunes Backup Restore - Microsoft Community

i have been in touch apple , have asked me contact unable restore iphone 6s plus 64gb. have deleted on 60gb of 250gb ssd on sony laptop. problem deleted free space starts filling up. itunes stuff restore comes message there not enough space on hard drive backup/restore?!!

i have tried numerous times , has 30 gb free , reducing. apple said there enough space restore iphone, however,  still same message hd full. apple has asked me contact microsoft (you) resolve problem.

please advise urgently.

update: speak hard drive @ 317mb after deleting 60gb??? how?

which operating system sony laptop using?

is 1 or both restoring files security measure? security app?

can backup auxiliary drive?

there not enough information make diagnosis of why have problem.
