Windows 10 Stuck in recovery (blue screen)

hi! day! im getting problem repairing laptop windows 10 os in it. have installer when boot it.

it goes blue screen

recovery

you'll need use recovery toos. if dont have installation media (like disc or usb device), contact pc administrator or pc/device manufacturer.

for initial troubleshooting, suggest remove all external devices connected computer flash drive, reboot computer , see if issue resolved.
