hi! day! im getting problem repairing laptop windows 10 os in it. have installer when boot it. 

it goes blue screen

recovery

your pc/device needs repaired

the boot configuration data pc missing or contains errors

file:\boot\bcd

error code: 0xc000000f

you'll need use recovery toos. if dont have installation media (like disc or usb device), contact pc administrator or pc/device manufacturer.

for better assistance, tell changes have made prior issue?

for initial troubleshooting, suggest remove all external devices connected computer flash drive, reboot computer , see if issue resolved.
