the update each time every month has been 1 gb. 

now device if full no space

1.all apps removed.

2.windows office occupies 17 gb 

3.one drive emptied

4. balance 2 mb or cannot power on

5.cannot factory reset. message installation file or media files missing

is there way out?

dumping device option , if can format hard disk throw device

any suggestion retain device sought specialities

before run disk cleanup close down running programmes files in use skipped when disk cleanup run. select keyboard shortcut win+s , type disk cleanup. right click best match @ top of dropdown menu , select run administrator. click ok. click system button, scroll through list , check box before previous windows installation(s) , boxes before other files wish delete. click ok.
