Resetting my PC, now it's stuck on "Hello there" - Microsoft Community

i reset pc, deleted files business. saying " hello there, lets few things out of way." fill out , click next. says applying changes. sat hours waiting move on. that's not normal right? i've been restarting pc, , researching solutions, nothing working. please help, expensive pc, , shame if wont work because of dumb bug windows. fyi, keyboard , mouse still work, , i've removed other usb devices.

power on , off computer 3 times

on third time, computer boot advanced recovery environment

click advanced options

click troubleshoot

click advanced options

click reset pc follow on screen instructions. 

 

if connected internet, make sure disconnect it.



Windows / Windows 10 / Windows update, recovery, & backup / PC
