i have bought laptop country. , luckily windows 10. thing salesperson didnt updated laptop @ have updates internet. hard find required updates when newly buying laptop.  so first question how can have updates newly bought hp notebook laptop.

and next question when bought laptop didnt know ms office out of date , need product key. how gonna product key. signed in microsoft account says account not subscribed office pack. think might trick me.... how gonna uninstall ms office , updated ms office without cost cause year out of luck. please can me. signed in lot of hope.

2. has norton application or mcafee application ever been installed on computer since bought it?

3. have ever run norton removal tool and/or mcafee consumer products removal tool?

4. version & os build of windows 10 is installed?
