problem in my windows 7 - Microsoft Community

hello everyone,

my problem computer can not start themes , display classic theme , cant change it 

the problem started when using tool remove adware ,  it seems tool deleted system files

i have message  
(windows cannot start themes service on local computer)

error 1075

the dependency service not exist or has been marked deletion

please me
