Outlook Web Access (OWA) and Recent Security Updates - Microsoft Community

i use outlook web access access military email account away work. recently, every cumulative update windows 10 version 1607 x64-based systems since 21 mar, (including today's) has broken owa ie 11. can't open encrypted emails, open attachments, or send new email. pop-up opens , doesn't anything. have uninstall these updates use owa ie 11. i'm using microsoft surface pro 4.

microsoft's outlook webmail uses owa , works in edge. have tried using edge browser instead of ie.
