hi!

i'm having trouble reading coa code brand new copy of win 10. guess damaged code when scraping of protective layer covering code.

what can do?

several users have reported similar experience. best option return vendor replacement. also, if replace new one, ask them remove protective layer, not @ fault if happens again.
