Most buttons which require administrator privilges (blue yellow - Microsoft Community

hi all,

i have following problem: cannot click buttons require admin privileges. therefor cannot update windows, change network sharing options etc. can right click , run programs administrator (cmd etc.).

some other people have problem, solutions worked them don't trick me.

until have:

1. enabled "hidden" admin account. persists.

2. tried in safe mode. persists.

3. used system file checker tool. no corrupted files

4. scanned numerous scanners. no threads found.

i'm running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. hint appreciated. gladly provide more info on things forgot mention. thank you.

edit:

my version of windows not yet activated. when trying input key get:

uac has failed authenticate user.

the error code 0x800401e4

description: invalid syntax

-> contrary popular belief, inbuilt admin account has same privileges other admin account.

2. tried in safe mode. persists.
-> useful test.

-> i'm not surprised.

-> i'm not surprised.

-> current account , admin account?
-> button's security settings?
-> please give example of button not work. invoke?
