How do I remove a driver to a mobile device? - Microsoft Community

hi

i installed htc hd2 t8585 mobile phone windows mobile 6.5 on pc. worked fine, cannot connect of other devices (casio, opticon, cipherlab, windows mobile 6.5).

i assume error kind of driver foul-up, , since don't need htc phones, want remove drivers. they? devices not shown anywhere , wmdc appears when conect htc phone, not anymore when connect other mobile device.

i @ loss here, have reinstall windows? have install , set user-programs , take days. :(

there several ways on how uninstall driver pc. isolate issue, kindly answer following questions:

  • have tried connecting devices using usb port?
  • were there changes made prior issue happening?
  • when did issue start?
  • are encountering error messages?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

we're looking forward response.
