Files moved to a sub-folder appear in duplicate back in the main - Microsoft Community

i have been using onedrive couple of years our practice. has been trouble free until start of 2017. drive used documents divided pieces faxing. filing system @ start of new year move original documents sub folder named "archives" , delete "pieces" of original used fax.

the oddity onedirve duplicating earlier action , recreating original documents pieces had been deleted.

the action of moving documents not reversed recreated.

when attempt move original (clone) archive sub folder presented pop asks if want replace / merge / override etc.. document in fact in sub folder.

the onedrive folder has 3 main folders 5 sub folders each.

2 people have full rights folders

2 people have rights 1 individual folder , sub folders within.
