hi all, if factory reset on p.c. , came windows 8 have graded windows 10 have upgrade over?

also best option saving data , files can return now?

i backing on 32g thumb drive, suffice bring me current state?

if computer came windows 8, , upgraded windows 10, reset windows 8. when reset pc, windows reset factory default state.

as data , files, suggest make sure thorough backup. manually backup files, click on link. can use 32g thumb drive backup if has enough space needed store data , files.

if still have windows 8 product key, can still reinstall windows 10. more information, may refer andre da costa's wiki article here.
