desktop pc came windows 7 home premium x64 - oa pre-installed. after while seeing invitation upgrade windows 10, did clicked update button. worked well. not long after started receiving same error code 0xc1900200. brought unit geek squad 3x, not fix it. asked recovery cd hp around end of last year. payment included fee 3-4/day delivery. after week made follow-up call hp customer service department inquire happened order. said delivered - left door @ place work , stay, because door closed. lately went online order again hp recovery cd. got message pc, registered, ran out of media recovery. decided try free download microsoft.com still have product key of os pre-installed in pc.

you have couple options try.

option 1: download , install windows 10 home directly.
