Cannot install GlobalProtect64.msi - Microsoft Community

when try install globalprotect64.msi on windows 10 pro desktop "the feature trying use on network resource unavailable.  click ok try again or enter alternate path folder containing installation package '_temp6372.msi' in box below.  expects find in c:\users\johanna\appdata\local\temp.  file not there.

i have searched entire computer _tem6372.msi.  not on computer.  tried googling see if file exists out on cloud somewhere - no luck there either.  went paloalto's site, there no place ask question.

i have , can use globalprotect on laptop, not on desktop.

still struggling problem.  sure hope can - hate typing on laptop!


Windows / Windows 10 / Install, upgrade, & activate / PC
