BCD boot error - Microsoft Community

i have several dell latitudes have bcd boot error. unfortunately these systems encrypted sophos. 

i found way unlock encryption booting usb win pe. once locked can see files on local drive when go command prompt , run bootrec /rebuildbcd runs returns message that total identified windows installations: 0

how can recognize windows installation , rebuild bcd?
