Windows recovery could't remove all personal files - Microsoft Community

trying recover windows. option selected "removes personal files" "reset drives". start resetting, after resetting 78% shows " your pc has been reset couldn't remove your personal files. if plan give away or recycle pc, try resetting again." tried again , again every time shows same message. problem of recovery? cause occur malware? windows problem? or other things?

 do have external drives connected pc?

  •  is onedrive sync on?

    if have external drive connected pc, suggest disconnect first before perform reset on computer.
