only when try play on windows media player doesn't work , message pops says " windows media player cannot find file. if trying play, burn, or sync item in library, item might point file has been moved, renamed, or deleted. " won't let me delete of music in windows media player either.

and little question mark in blue circle next file.

• which file format trying play using windows media player?
• what last activity when issue happened?
• any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?
• any troubleshooting steps have tried far?
