Windows 7 Updates - Microsoft Community

have hp g72 computer, have been running original windows 7 on 4 years.  last november 25th computer had automatic windows update , interrupted power failure, did not complete update properly. have terrible time starting computer , shows message "this not windows 7 genuine copy".  can fixed without formating computer? please me have valueable information in computer.

i suggest run microsoft genuine advantage diagnostics tool in normal mode (not safe mode) , copy , paste results in reply further analysis:

run tool , when completes click copy button, open text file word or notepad , select edit, paste. can paste directly reply here. open reply, right click , select paste.
