i removed family settings still keep getting "ask permission" when trying access sites.

its been removed settings , still these messages when accessing sites.

how rid of without doing whole recovery>restart thing because don't want lose applications i have downloaded. there other way? it's humiliating not being able access day-to-day site need send email mum each time... no 18 year old needs this! please help!
