System Recovery Options Error - Microsoft Community

i've had issues windows 7 update. causes video streaming on internet slow down , become choppy. system restore earlier date. 

for reason computer booted system recovery options. asks username , password. gives me few options recovery tools. 

startup repair

system restore

system image recovery

windows memory diagnostic

command prompt

every time attempt restart computer option restarts th same page, system recovery options. secondly i've attempted system restore system recovery options multiple times. each time restore process restoring hours... last 1 "restoring" 14 + hours.

what issue here? need pc boot not working. can through command prompt?

*note: don't have system image recovery

regarding concern, know if you're able take-note of update file kb update. when reach recovery options menu/startup menu, happens when choose system restore?
